“Unveil The Land of Hornbill” short tourism video contest
The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sarawak (ACCCIS) has launched its short tourism video contest entitled “Unveil The Land of Hornbill” last week in collaboration with Sin Chew Daily as its designated media partner.
The purpose of organizing this short video contest is to promote the favourite tourist destinations and in a wider context, to invigorate the recovery and development of tourism industry in Sarawak. Winning entries will be used as a medium of publicity to introduce the famous and undiscovered tourist attractions, historical sites and local delicacies in Sarawak.
The short video competition, which is open to all Sarawakians for FREE, aims to encourage Sarawakians to play a part in promoting local tourism industry through their short video. ACCCIS welcomes the participations of the local video makers, youtubers and students.
Participants will stand a chance to win a total cash prizes of RM21,500.00 categorized as follows:
First prize of RM10,000;
Second prize of RM6,000;
Third prize of RM3,000; and
5 consolation prizes of RM500 each.
All submissions must be uploaded to the Google Form Link set up by the organizer before 4pm of 30th June 2022.
The best pixel resolution for the video entries is 1920 x 1080 in MP4 format of 16:3 landscape aspect and the duration of video clips should be at least 3 minutes long but not exceeding 1GB of the video file size.
Winners will be informed by the organizer in due course.
