Please be informed that the Ministry of Human Resources through SOCSO has been provided role as a National Employment Service Provider by the National Employment Council (NEC) chaired by the YAB Prime Minister of Malaysia to implement and prepare employment services to all job seekers in Malaysia. SOCSO through EIS provides FREE of charge services in managing interview for employers, providing potential candidates according to employer’s requirement and also in providing ongoing employment support services to meet employers’ needs. In addition, candidates referred to employers varies from SOCSO contributors under the Employment Insurance System Act 2017 (Act 800) and as a national employment services provider we also open up opportunities for general candidates such as graduates and other job seekers. Employers may utilize our job portal for advertisement on vacant position(s), seeking suitable candidates through matching technology done in the portal for employers convenience . PenjanaKerjaya 2.0 under the Budget 2021, aims to stimulate job demand among employers and increase employment opportunities and employment for local job seekers. Penjanakerjaya 2.0 is also an improved version from the Employment Incentive Programme that has been implemented previously with better incentives rate to promote the creation of quality jobs and reduce unemployment rate.
