Section 60A Labour Ordinance Sarawak Cap.76

 

Form JTKSWK 60A must be completed by any person or employer who proposes to operate any agricultural, forestry or industrial undertaking where any commerce, trade, profession or business is carried on. This form must be submitted to the nearest Labour Office within ninety (90) days of commencement of business.

This form also needs to be submitted whenever there is any takeover of business or change of name or location of such undertaking. Failure to do so is an offence under Section 130E of Labour Ordinance (Sarawak Cap. 76).
